Tender forms containing detailed specifications of items
along with terms and conditinos can be had from the Office
of the Stores Officer ( Dr. BRAIRCH), Room No. 18, Ground
Floor , Dr. BRA INSTITUTE ROTARY CANCER HOSPITAL ,AIIMS, New
Delhi-29 agianst requisite Payorder/Demand Draft towards the
cost of Tender Forms ( non -refundable) as mentioned above
in favour of the Chief ( Dr. BRAIRCH), AIIMS, New Delhi
-110029 for each tender form seperately ( Postal order/cash
are not acceptable)

MAY DOWNLOAD THE TENDER DOCUMENTS DIRECTELY FROM THE WEBSITE
AVAILABLE AT,
www.aiims.edu.
And www.tender.gov.in IN SUCH CASE, THE BIDDERS ARE
REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THE TENDER COST FEE AS mentioned in the
tender notice ( NON – REFUNDABLE) BY WAY OF SEPARATE DEMAND
DRAFT DRAWN IN FAVOUR OF THE CHIEF ( Dr. BRAIRCH), AIIMS New
Delhi alongwith the tender. No interest is payable on Bid
Security.
Tender forms
will be supplied by Post/per bearer on receipt of request on
printed letter head along with the requisite demand draft/payorder
for each tender forms separately between 20/01/2009 at
10:00 a.m. upto 1:00 p.m. on all full working days and on
Saturday from 11: 00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. upto 20/01/2009 if
the last date for sale, submission & opening of tender falls
on any Govt. declared holidays, the next working day will
be considered as last date for the same. The tenders will be
opened in the presence of the tenderers on 28-01-2009 at
11:00 a.m. in the Committee Room , Room No. 149, 1st
Floor ,Dr. BRAIRCH Building, AIIMS
