CORRIGENDUM

CORRIGENDUM NOTICE for the “Expression of Interest” Tender Notice No. XX-08/Computerization/AIIMS/08-09/St.

Deletion of T&C :-  4.12 to 4.17

The following Terms and Conditions 4.12 to 4.17 stand  deleted in the afore mentioned “Expression of Interest”

4.12  The system should be based on a robust, network friendly, highly secure, free and open source operating system. The system should be easily maintainable and totally protected from unauthorized intrusions or hackings.

 

4.13  The system should be fully inter-operable with any other systems/networks and provide secure access to authorized and authenticated users, independent of their OS/network environments.

 

4.14  All the data should be available in Free and Open Document Formats and no proprietary formats should be used which may lead to future licensing issues and/or lock-in to specific vendors.

 

4.15  Every attempt should be made to integrate important computerized systems/equipments already existing in various departments/facilities to inter-operate with the proposed system. It should be pointed out at the outset where this is not technically feasible and remedial measures suggested.

4.16Vendor should provide complete documentation of the system as per International Quality Standards.

4.17Vendor should be able to demonstrate the experience in application, database & system tunings for the best results.
